Memory makes heritage

Humans have inherited since the first creation. The sum of sayings, actions and habits. So we got to our present time. They share sensory, spatial and temporal memory. Only geography separated them, so it gave privacy. Man loved that privacy and tried to develop it into nationalism.

Types of memory have contributed to the formation of all the material and intangible heritage that has come to us. These types of memory are:

1- Selective memory.

2- Collective memory.

3- Retro memory.

4- selective memory.

5- Utilitarian memory.

6- Cumulative memory.

7- Recurrent memory.

8- Associative memory.

9- Religious memory.

10- Sensory memory (discovered traces).

I mention here that when my friends asked me about the reference of a heritage building, a poem, or a certain craft to a particular civilization. If our memory does not help us with that connection, then we are facing a weak history.
