My best and most enjoyable commission ever! From design to execution. Client wanted a Memories Cabinet to exhibit their collectables from visits to over 40 countries.Impressive 2.7 meters tall. A gift to his wife. Every compartment tells its own story. Bottom left: Debrovnic on a leg of sea. Then a foot of Rosina Wachtmeisters’ cats, A metal welded black ladies boot to compliment the french painting on tier 2. Her Swarovski house wrapped up in a Antoni Gaudi tribute. A door on the right has some of his favorite fly fishing flies and a toy train track from his childhood. Then the infinity cabinet , the camera collection division and Russia, Florance, Seville and Paris. All wrapped up in one very maximalist ornamental piece of grandeur. Standing as a very curious conversation starter in their brand new minimalist home.
