Abu Saeed Khan passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 62, after battling lung cancer. He was undergoing treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka when he suffered a cardiac arrest. His funeral prayers were held at the CMH mosque, and he was laid to rest beside his wife's grave in Tangail. May ALLAH forgive him and award him Jannatul Ferdous.
