Memorial Day Message
While many of us look forward to a long, Memorial Day weekend, I hope everyone will take a moment to remember our service members who left home and never returned.
Memorial Day was first observed in 1868, as a day to pay homage to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As we read news accounts, watch TV, and travel around the world, we can count freedom among our country’s greatest gifts. But as with anything of value, freedom has its price.
To those who have served and sacrificed, and to their families, we honor you and we thank you.
Thank you Scott for this patriotic message....you are one of my heroes...

8 年Scott, thank you for taking the time to write your post. We take for granted the sacrifices that are made daily by our country's service men and women and their families as we go about our daily lives. Thank you for reminding us.
