A simple rule of life is Before we reap, we need to Invest. What do you invest in life to get the greater returns from our investment? For those who have money they invest their money and for those have an influential background, they use their sphere of Influence but how about a person from a very normal background whose only investment is his efforts and knowledge.
We haven’t the money, so we’ve got to think. ~ Ernest Rutherford
This quote is my inspiration even today, the best way to make money or create wealth or achieve any aspirations in your?life is to "Think".
Think like there are no boundaries, Imagination knows no limits. In the early years of my career, I always aspire to do big things while doing small things. I always had the sense of appreciation for my work, After all its your own meaning to your life you en-cash every day. If you don’t respect your work who else will. These are foundations but they are not the only Investment, the most critical catalyst which make this investment to work is the “Patience Capital”.
The patience capital has three important traits
Patience, Perseverance, and Resilience
·??????Patience = To be willing to wait longer to achieve your goal
·??????Perseverance = Patience with perspiration
·??????Resilience = Perseverance through failure
Some people have one or two, but not all three. Some people can persevere but are not patient. Some are patient, but not resilient. Strengthen all three and you get the key quality shared by all great entrepreneurs and professionals that is Endurance.

Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines, but it is the one who endures that the final victory comes.~ Buddha
The first outcome of deploying your patience capital is Endurance which comes out of Patience, Perseverance and Resilience.
Irrespective of your talent, wealth, and influence if you have the Patience capital you can achieve greater things in life. You can apply these formulae to any situation in life. I met a friend who recently recovered from a dreadful accident, he was trekking in the mountain ranges of Himalayas and hit by a snowstorm and went deep into a Snow pit , people rescued him after 3 days. I asked him what kept his body and hope alive, he said it's endurance and waiting patiently for the help.
We too face such grave situations in our life either in our professional or personal life, what makes stay afloat is this patience capital.
In one point of my career, I too faced such harassments, insults and disrespectful treatments but never gave up on my endurance. As long as you believe that you are doing something right and for the benefit of your organization you need not worry about the consequences.
In the Rat race, you need to be that Rat which runs the marathon not the sprint. I never stopped to see who won the race every 100 metres, the race I am running is for myself and as long as I run, I know I will be the most coveted marathon runner in my professional life. Don’t wait for the claps, it’s the deviation from your goals. The winning podium is a pit stop not the finish line. Run as much you can but enjoy every mile that comes your way.
Life is a journey; everyone is running towards the graveyard but take the longest possible route before you rest in peace
Godspeed
