Auto accidents do occur. This was my first and hopefully my last accident. Thank God, I had LegalShield to guide me through this process of dealing with an uninsured idiot.
Last week my wife and I were in a horrible auto accident.
An uninsured driver blatantly ran a red light while we were turning left on a green arrow. Our car was totaled and we sustained non-life threatening injuries which we are still dealing with today.

The lawyer called us back and gave us advice on how to handle the insurance company, the dealership, and the rental car company.

Next we found a car at a dealership. The dealer tried to get us to pay $2,000.00 more for an “appearance package”. HUH??? Our lawyer had warned us about this also. We balked and they relented. However, when we were given the purchase agreement, we told the finance officer that we wanted our law firm to review the documents. Shock and awe!
She dashed out of there and 15 minutes later came back with new documents which she faxed to our law firm. It was already 4:42pm. A lawyer called us back within five minutes and told us he would review them in the morning. The next day a lawyer called us and went over the agreement, page by page. We signed.
