Sushi, for sure! ?I love home cooked, healthy meals but sushi is one thing I don’t make at home, so it is my go to when eating out!

Q: Best advice you’ve ever received?

When we are going through a challenging phase, it is difficult to look through a wide lens and clearly see all the options that are available to us.? The best advice I have received and have incorporated into my life is that there are always options in life, look for them and consider them, especially those that are outside the box and not as apparent.
