Letting out the stress this month and every month. Here's our November update and wellness tips for you!
I am always surprised by how much stress is released through laughing. The more we laugh, the more we activate the parasympathetic nervous system and release cortisol, the stress hormone.
Today, I'm sharing a graph from only a 15-minute session. Even more?stress is released in a one-hour session.
Escaping from everyday stress, worries and mayhem, I realised a few years ago that Laughter Yoga is fantastic as a complete reset of the nervous system - and a holiday for the frazzled brain!
If you consider time invested vs. increased productivity (often up to 20% extra work accomplished), then Laughter Yoga is a wise investment in time.?
You'll create more time to do those activities you always wanted to do!
