Melody Gawliu Pro Tip: Task/time management

Melody Ybona Gawliu works at the University of California, San Francisco in the Breast Oncology Program with the Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Melody Gawliu wanted to share a nifty website that she uses from time to time (pun intended). It’s called an interval timer and it helps Gawliu keep track of tasks that she needs to do and also helps me her a time frame for how long she’ll work on those tasks. By using this, it helps Gawliu organize her tasks, get tasks done in a timely manner, and make sure that she's working on various tasks since as we all know, many tasks are on our plate at the same time. Melody Gawliu hopes you find it useful.

PRO TIP: When you add an “interval” (task), change the sound to clapping…that’s what Melody Ybona Gawliu does. It claps when the time frame you gave is completed and then makes you feel like "YAH! I’M PRODUCTIVE!"

 And now you know…

…and knowing is half the battle!
