Working principle: Short cycle hot press is mainly used to produce melamine faced wood-based panels, which are cured by hot pressing.
Product effect: Make its surface wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, etc., and have the characteristics of strong decorative effect, long service life, and high cost performance.
Application: Widely used in furniture, floors, walls and other finishing materials.
The surface texture of the final effect depends on the hot pressing plate installed inside the hot press. Different surface effects can be achieved through different steel plate models and different processing materials, such as: high gloss, matte, wood grain, leather grain, embossing, 3D effect, etc.

Intelligent loading and unloading machine
The bottom plate has an automatic plate-retracting function and a plate-sucking function that never drops the plate. These two core patents enable continuous loading and unloading without manual operation, making it more efficient.
Pressing machine
The displacement sensor and accumulator cooperate to achieve rapid pressurization to prevent paper explosion; the paper is prevented from being stepped on by alternating between slow lifting and fast delivery.
Flexible trimming machine:
Adopts air pressure adjustment to trim, simulating manual work, trimming neatly without jagged edges or broken edges.

Electrostatic dust collector
Uses upper and lower brushes to sweep dust, with static elimination and air knife blowing functions, making the board surface cleaner
Automatic board inspection machine
It can observe the board pressing effect at 45 degrees, pick out defective boards, and automatically transport them to the defective area.

Simple Blow Dust Cleaner:

Independent raw board dust removal system
