Meh - Update
January was a tough- ish month mentally and physically. It was cold beyond comprehension and slow beyond control. It was harsh, winter came and how!
There were many layers of clothes being worn, fighting through them, trying to workout everyday, keep the motivation high and discipline intact. Things yes did go off track, I did put on a kg or two of winter weight, was feeling a lot of mental weight as well.?
Brain went haywire, things felt a little all over the place, many useless thoughts took over. The body was less in movement and more in slowness. Even a week into February there is still that situation of many thoughts running here and there.
But there has been one change, back to movement, back to eating well. Just glad that the flow didn’t stop, the movement didn’t stop all through.
Many unnecessary thoughts, arguments and fears later, still at it, onwards and upwards.?
