Megalopolis Mania is in full swing!
The new trailer for Megalopolis has just dropped and it looks like an homage to classic Hollywood imagination dialled up to 11.
The film is set to star the titular actor Adam Driver - who made his Hollywood debut in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Alongside him is Game of Thrones' very own Nathalie Emmanuel.
Written and directed by Coppola, a director whose work spans decades with films such as The Godfather and Apocalypse Now. Two films whose critical acclaim are mixed.
One thing is for certain, nevertheless, The Godfather is one of the best films out there.
Coppola's latest film, Megalopolis, promises to be ".. A Roman Epic set in Modern America ..." This comes on the back of his latest interview at the Cannes Film Festival.
What baffles the mind is that his attention to imagination seems, on the surface, incredibly well detailed. The trailer certainly shows that.
However, one down side to the trailer is that it feels as though it may become too bloated trying to break boundaries of modern cinema. It could be too much.

Oh so often, films tend to lessen in value when a film loses its meaning. Could this be a red flag? It's not clear.
One thing is for certain, this film will most definitely touch on modern Political dilemmas - a sentiment expressed at the Cannes Film Festival.
Yet, I think, and many hope, that it can balance things out so that entertainment and awe comes on top.
I'm certainly excited to see the film when it gets released in cinemas on the 27th of September.
Mark your calendars.
