That’s why we produced a free mini-deck of the #MeetingSpicer you could arm yourself with!

The #MeetingSpicer (if you didn’t read about it already), is a coaching tool that helps you hack your team's meetings to be more focused, effective, engaging and fun! and all it takes is a team commitment to two half minute (time-boxed) ceremonies at the beginning and the end of each meeting.

In return, I’ll send you a printable version of the Meeting Spicer (English or French version) with:

• Detailed instruction for cutting and setting up the deck.
• A mini usage booklet.
• Start-Meeting cards, End-Meeting cards, Surprise cards.
• Sample Role-cards, Time-cards, Emoticards.
• Some blank cards, if you'd like to add your own ideas.

The kit will get your team up and running an shape up your team's meeting with minimal effort. It will also allow you to tailor actions that are specific to your team's context.

Notes:

1. This is a Beta version, we are planning to release an updated version in September when we have time, that's why your feedback is precious.
2. We didn’t have the time to set up an elaborate registration system, and would like to control the files distribution, I hope you forgive me for the awkward distribution method...
3. Though we are starting to run out, there are still enough physical kits left with much more activities and content, you can get yours here (so far, only in English and French...)
