NO MEETINGS SHOULDN’T MEAN NO MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS
One of the great advantages of the mental health program Club20 is that it talks directly and discreetly to people experiencing mental illness. There’s no need for gathering people together to listen to talks or complete one-off programs. Instead it just goes out week after week direct to people’s phones.
And while it’s created by a bloke who has no academic qualifications other than 40-years of lived experience, it does have the interest of Lifeline Direct and the praise of Professor Gordon Parker – founder of the Black Dog Institute.
If you’d like to be sent a 15-minute online presentation, just yell.
