This talk was part of an All Hands meeting for my organization in Microsoft Azure on January 2021. I thought some of this content was interesting to be shared more broadly. In this talk, I summarize Professor Christine Porath's work about civility in the workplace and reflect on how incivility may negatively impact meetings and how we work together. I also present my reflections about a personal story.
