It was great to be back in front of customers and partners again our recent User Forum and hearing what you think about up-and-coming features on our development roadmap and what you want to see next.??
A huge thanks to Pip Stone from Eurostar who spoke at the event about how ACMS and AssessBook are being used by their engineering teams, providing Eurostar with a better and more holistic understanding of their data, one single source of truth, resulting in more useful reporting for decision making.???We had another really interesting presentation from?Paul Atherfold from Greater Anglia who explained how our solutions have helped the business achieve their goal of becoming a paperless organisation. Paul went onto explain how they have made ACMS bespoke to their organisation by adding additional features to the baseline model to streamline their operations.??
The AssessTech team gave a great overview of how we have been working on better integration of ACMS and AssessBook into both internal and external systems.??Some of the new features that have recently been released include our leaving wizard and?single sign-on which is being rolled out as part of ACMS V5.2.4.??Find out about up-and-coming new features in our latest article?here ?where will also be able to view the individual presentations from the User Forum.?
As part of my presentation, I introduced a new concept – the Virtual Verifier in which ACMS would follow a more ‘pro-active approach’ to reduce incidents and improve performance. The end goal would be to ‘solve incidents before they happen’.??It would be great to hear your thoughts on this concept and if you would like to be part of a working group helping to shape this concept? Please leave your thoughts in the comments below.
