Elliott Mirzaie // Sales and Customer Service Manager // San Clemente, California

What is your role at YT and what do you like about it?

I am the sales and customer service manager for YT North America. I have helped grow the US office from just around 5 people to over 25. The best part of my job is building the confidence and skillsets of sales/customer care agents and all the employees around me. I love building my employees up and watching them grow with the company.

What's your favourite bike and favourite riding spot?

Tough to just choose one YT, but the bikes I currently ride are the DECOY and the IZZO. I have ridden all the generations of JEFFSYS and that is still one of my favorites. As far as favorite riding spots, Laguna Beach has made me the rider I am today! But lunch rides in San Clemente have been my go to!

Best moment for you at YT during the past 5 years?

Some of the best moments in my career have been after some of the biggest challenges. I love working as a team to reach a difficult goal or achievement. Most the hard work we accomplish ends with a good party. Setting up the first Mill in YT history was certainly a standout that ended with an epic party after!
