Meet Yourself Again.

i am coming out of hiding

because i finally found a way to do what i do

that feels authentic to me and even more importantly

that honours you as the beautiful whole person you are

that needs no fixing, changing, helping or correction.

what has become clearer to me in this coved time of introspection

is that all any of us want is to be

loved an accepted,

listened to and heard

and acknowledged and validated for what we believe

and so i have come out of hiding to do just that.

i want to hold the space for you to . . .

Meet Yourself Again.

For some reason, you lost yourself. You got preoccupied with all of the noise around you, you got caught up in pain and built walls to protect yourself from that pain. The walls that protected you also made you forget the "you" behind those walls.

Imagine a safe space where you feel

loved and accepted; listened to and heard;

acknowledged and validated;

and seen not for what you look like

or how much money you have

but for who you are.

In this space, everything you are not falls away

and all that you are emerges.

It is in that space, that you find yourself again.

When you hire me as your coach,

I hold a space for you/your company that is safe

and invites you to see and hear things

you have never seen or heard before.

In this, possibilities emerge.

I will walk with you to the places that scare you

so you see what lies hidden there. You will embrace your vulnerability and become fearless.

i encourage you to pause and celebrate your victories

and welcome the innovation needed

to go beyond whatever places limit you.

I will be relentless in my commitment to you

to see what you cannot see,

for in that moment,

new perspectives will flood into you,

opportunities will appear where before no opportunity existed, and innovation will replace silo’ed thinking.

I will urge you to listen

both to people you have not listened to before

and to the whisper of your own inner voice.

and we will find a way together to make it work financially

to listen to you

to love you

to be a mirror so that you see beyond what you see

into the wonder of who you are.
