It’s officially summer (as of this Wednesday), and we’re sure many of you have summer vacations in the works. We’re getting our vacation time in by reading Ronnell’s article from his trip to Aruba last year, where he shares his top 3 business lessons from the trip:

1. Make Your Customers Feel Something.

Great memories and positive associations come from more than just providing the exact service they paid for. For true impact, create an experience that will keep them wanting to come back.

2. Use a Clear Call to Action.

Sometimes, it takes a gentle suggestion to get your point across to your audience. If you want to encourage them to take action, keep your request simple, clear, and easy to accomplish.

3. The World Keeps Turning.

It’s okay to take some time and step back from your work. Business will continue, and you will return from your break with fresh eyes, ready to appreciate what life has to offer.
