How did I get into this field?

It all started with a job listing that seemed like it had my name on it: Alliance Manager at a great company. I decided to reach out to the recruiting manager directly (knowing that I don't have the 'right' experience) During the interviews, they asked me to create a presentation about the "Better Together Story."? As a certified over-preparer (and maybe a tiny bit of a stalker), I went into full research mode, scouring articles, and LinkedIn to learn everything I could about the topic. I ended up enjoying it so much that I realized this field was my calling.? From there, I found my way into CONNACT, and the rest is history.

What challenges do I deal with?

Patience is my superpower. Working with ISV personas who may not always have deep knowledge in this space, I see it as my mission to teach, guide, and empower them. I take pride in simplifying complex concepts and providing the tools they need to succeed. Watching them transform challenges into opportunities and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my work—it’s not just about helping them grow, but about building lasting confidence and professional partnerships that thrive. ?
