I find myself in the right place—mediating with knowledge of various cultures and extensive connections from all the places I've lived and worked. This is where I feel comfortable, and it's what I believe in and do best—convincing people to work in ways that suit their countries and business culture, and helping them expand globally."

Xavier, the eldest son of two parents and an older brother to a younger sister, is also a proud father to a young daughter and is soon to welcome a son.
