Meet Our June ?? Status Stars ??

Each month, everyone on our team has the opportunity to recognize their STAR team members.?

During our monthly All-Hands meeting, we recognize our Status Stars and give each one a gift card to a place of their choice.

Here are our stars for this month:

"Andrea has been a great leader through the Sales Team. She is always available to help anyone that needs her and she is very understanding. She is always pumping the team up and all of these things make her a star ??????" - Nicole Memmer

"Everything that I am and hope to be in my current and future roles here at Statusphere is because of the encouragement, guidance, trust, and wisdom I have experienced under Andrea's leadership. She is constantly exhausting all efforts in order to ensure we have all resources needed to not only do our job, but to exceed in our roles. She has the perfect balance of being someone you know you can easily come to with any problem or concern and receive empathy and understanding, while also knowing that she cares for you and your success enough guide you and be real with you when you're on a path to falling short. She empowers us in our roles by trusting us and allowing us to make mistakes we can learn from, and is always asking our opinions on things and decisions that may effect our team and our workflow. I've had a lot of great jobs and a lot of great bosses in my life, but I would truly follow Andrea into a fire because I trust and love her that much. My queen 4ever!" - Kalli King

"Gretchen has risen to the role of CSM with ease and a true dedication to growth. She is quick to develop a thoughtful game plan for everything from building out her calendar with her new set of priorities, to how to address the myriad of brand questions coming her way! I am so excited to have her functioning in this space. "Sami has done a phenomenal job helping roll out our new branding. We've thrown so much at her lately - from different presentations to redesigning existing collateral to match the new branding. Sami has done it all without complaining or missing a deadline. To top it off, the quality of her work has only gotten better with each presentation. I look up to her for many reasons, but I want to highlight her ability to 'Make it Happen', there is simply not a problem that she isn't willing and ready to get to the bottom of. She is great at encouraging new ideas and cultivating an overall sense of togetherness on our team!" - Alexa

She recently took the lead on hiring efforts for a Product Design intern, and she did an amazing job! "Derek is a great software engineer who is always so thoughtful about how he does his work, making sure he documents important processes that will empower the current team and future hires. He recently lead hiring efforts for a software engineering intern, and he did a great job. I appreciate how much he cares about the developer experience as well as the customer experience. "Last week our photographer was sick and couldn't take our offer photos. But Mimi saved the day by taking all the product photos herself (on her phone ??) She even took a few videos and converted them to gifs. Had Mimi not taken the initiative to take the photos herself, it would have set back our entire operation." - Cindy Guthrie
