Hi Veronika! Could you introduce yourself?

Hi! I am Veronika and I just joined the SACLàB team as an HR Specialist and Office Manager.

We wish you a warm welcome! As a new member, what attracted you to join SACLàB?

Thank you! I was very interested in the role itself but also impressed by SACLàB's business model. SACLàB is providing super-luxury and hard-to-find handbags to customers which I found very?fascinating. I wanted to learn more about the luxurious fashion industry.

During my interview process, I met some members of SACLàB and I could feel the team?is very international, welcoming and friendly!

That sounds great. What about your new role at SACLàB excites you the most?

I love?taking care of employees and?ensuring their satisfaction but also helping the business grow through recruitment initiatives and improvements. I am in touch with a lot of stakeholders and I am part of shaping the company further. This makes me happy since I can see the direct impact of my work.

I am learning a lot - not only about different HR processes but also about the luxury bags that I am in touch with every day.

What keeps you motivated on a daily basis?

I consider myself a very organized person and I like meeting targets and achieving goals. Moreover, as I mentioned, working with others is fulfilling for me. I like cooperating together on different tasks, coming up with new creative ideas to improve something, or creating something new.

That sounds great. Joining the handbag world, we must ask: what is your favourite handbag currently available at SACLàB?

The Dior Book Tote Medium Canvas in Grey and Blue. I absolutely adore the design of these Dior bags, and I'm amazed at how practical they are. They are so versatile that you can use them for different purposes, whether it's a casual outing in the city, a busy day at work, or even as a travel companion, thanks to their roomy interior. They're not too small nor too big, just the perfect size to fit all your basic essentials without feeling cumbersome.
