This week, we're excited to introduce you to our Southampton office. Get to know our talented team, their roles, and the products and services they support. They have an impressive list of hobbies and interests outside the workplace, and they bring the same passion and dedication to their work. Discover what makes this team unique and how they contribute to our company’s success.
Our head office in Southampton is home to several teams and some talented individuals who work hard to deliver outstanding Customer Service, HR, Consumables and Supplies, IT Helpdesk and Support, Account Management and Sales, Warehouse and Servicing.?
Customer Service Team
The Customer Service Team, led by Carol Jones, is the largest group in our Southampton office and includes the dedicated Toner Team. Here’s a look at the diverse interests and talents that make this team stand out!?
Carol Jones, Head of Service, excels both in the office and on the darts board, where she has won the Ladies singles title two years running.
Abby Burger, Team Leader, shares her cooking interests on Instagram. Her page, followed by over 4,000 people, features recipes inspired by her Slimming World experience and personal weight loss success.
Clare Mesi, Customer Service Advisor, enjoys socialising and spending time with her kids.?
Pete Weller, Customer Service Advisor, is fluent in Chinese and is a competitive ping pong player.
Kelly Geddes, Customer Service Advisor, is dedicated to running half-marathons.
Roxxie Clark, Customer Service Advisor, is an avid gamer, a huge film fan and loves reading.
Jotty Singh, Customer Service Advisor, is balancing work and motherhood, while enjoying R&B, Pop, and Bollywood music, Netflix, and Bridgerton. Jotty is one of our new team members.?
Kate Howard, Customer Service Advisor, is one of our newest team members and today marks her second week at Agilico.
Gemma Rose, Service Scheduler, is a keen mountain climber. She has climbed Helvellyn in the Lake District and is climbing it again in the Autumn.
Dale Yarney, Service Scheduler, is involved in amateur dramatics and supports local charities. He’s also a keen gardener with his own allotment plot.
Julie Wolfe, Group Consumables Manager, enjoys weight training and can flip 150kg tyres.
Jack Gawn, Consumables Administrator, is heavily involved in gaming, running a YouTube channel and Twitch stream, and in the past has organised gaming events that raised over £5,000 for charity.
Becca Risk, Consumables Administrator, loves going to the gym.
Marcus Corbin, Consumables Administrator, is a keen cyclist.?
HR Team
The HR Team, led by Emma Reynolds, HR Director, plays a crucial role in supporting every employee across the entire business. Emma is supported by Katie How, HR Business Partner and Victoria Baddeley, Group HR Advisor, who bring their expertise to the team.
Emma, who enjoys hiking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is a bit of a bookworm, also works with HR colleagues outside Southampton, and we’ll introduce them in a future issue.
IT Helpdesk and Support
Our IT Helpdesk and Support team is made up of focused individuals who bring unique interests and expertise to the table.?
Mike Slater, Head of IT, is obsessed with motorbikes and has years of experience building and racing them. He’s terrified of horses, so he prefers horsepower!
Phil Bishop, IT Manager, is a Star Wars fan with a love for all things Lego.
Mike Collins, Senior IT Support Analyst, is a Formula 1 fanatic and petrolhead, with a background in Go Kart racing.
Dave Moore, IT Application Support Analyst, completes the team and uses his technical skills to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Account Management and Sales
Our Print, IT and Telecoms Sales division is represented by dedicated professionals who balance their careers with supporting their local community. Here’s just a snapshot of our growing account management team across the south coast.
Daren Emmons, Telco Business Development Manager, is active in his community, volunteering with a Scout Group in Fareham. He has also served as President and Honorary Area President of the Round Table Wessex Wight and Jersey and as a School Governor. In his free time, Daren enjoys badminton and taking on the challenge of Man V Fat Football.
Darren Munday, IT Business Development Manager, has a strong background in volunteering, including roles as a Group Scout Leader and football coach. He also volunteered at the 2012 Olympics and the 2022 Women’s Euros. Currently, Darren is focusing on improving his golf game, aiming to hold his own at a corporate golf day.

Print Sales Team
Kevin Duffell, Regional Sales Director, is an avid football and golf enthusiast, proudly supporting Manchester United and playing golf every weekend. He maintains his fitness by hitting the gym at least five times a week. In his free time, Kevin enjoys walking his daughter’s American Bully, LaLa, with his wife.
Mike Salmon, Senior Account Manager, is an active sportsman, playing rugby at Farnham RUFC and cricket for Alton Cricket Club. He’s also a keen golfer and a film enthusiast.
Steve Green, Senior Account Manager, loves golf, was captain of the Romsey Golf Club last year, he’s a keen supporter of both Southampton FC and his hometown club of Oxford Utd.?
Steve Barratt, Account Manager, enjoys both cycling and golf.
Ben Elmore, Senior Account Manager, loves rugby, home renovations, and cooking. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Ivan Packer, Account Director ?volunteers as a Community First Responder as featured in a previous edition of the Make Work Easy edit.
Warehouse and Servicing
Matthew Gollin is the Field Service Team Leader for the South Central and Southwest regions, where he leads a highly skilled and experienced team of 12 engineers including Andy Sargent.?
Andy Sargent, our Workshop Supervisor, has been a cornerstone of Agilico for 25 years, expertly managing the workshop and warehouse in Southampton. He oversees Agilico Zero refurbishments as well as all of our local PDIs (Pre-Delivery Inspections), ensuring everything runs smoothly. A sports enthusiast, Andy is a member of the English cricket Barmy Army and a passionate Southampton Football Club supporter.
In an upcoming newsletter, we’ll take a closer look at our service teams, consisting of nearly 50 dedicated professionals, who support our customers across the South, South East, and South Coast regions.
We have always been passionate about supporting our local community and embedding sustainable practices across the business. We work with a local charity called with a local charity called Jamie’s Computers to ethically recycle old IT and computer equipment. 70% of donated equipment is reused, recycled and upcycled to Microsoft standards. The rest is broken down into components and recycled, meaning that 0% of material goes to landfill. All proceeds from Jamie’s Computers go to The Society of St James charity.
The Hampshire-based homelessness charity helps over 2500 vulnerable people experiencing homelessness, problems with alcohol and substance use and other complex needs to change their lives by providing food, support, temporary shelter, and education, and helps them get back into employment every year.
Our office also raises money annually for Macmillan Cancer Support, and each November, we fundraise for Breast Cancer and Prostate Cancer charities. These initiatives are an essential part of our commitment to giving back and making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
The Southampton team's areas of expertise include Managed Print Services, our Verify Automated Invoice Processing solution, Digital Mailroom solutions, Digital Document Archiving, and our Connect Hosted VoIP phone system, as well as strengths in supporting the legal and education sectors too.
They are also proud to introduce the Agilico Zero range, which centres around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible. These devices are environmentally friendly, in as-new condition, incredibly reliable, and cost-effective, contributing to the circular economy by reducing waste and cutting carbon emissions.
Our Southampton-based headquarters is the springboard for us to support our customers across the South of England.
