Meet the Team: Sonia Williams

I’m Sonia Williams and I have been a Senior Software Test Analyst at RHE Global since early 2022.

In my role, I draw upon 26 years of experience in software testing across websites and mobile applications, working for a wide range of different industries.

What motivates me every day at RHE is my involvement with ever-changing technologies and the level of creativity and exploration required by this, all of which I find highly rewarding. Working alongside talented colleagues who share the same vision as me, namely to provide the best possible customer experience, fuels my inspiration and drive.

Personally, I enjoy the challenge of putting myself in the shoes of the customer and trying to understand their points of frustration. It’s great to make a difference, improving the efficiency of software, which in turn leads to better product quality.?

Every year, more of what we do in our personal lives is dependent on websites/apps – food, entertainment, travel, services, etc. We all have experience of a website or app that tests our patience when it doesn’t work as we’d expect. The joy of solving an issue on an app or website is a great feeling, knowing millions of users will benefit from such an advancement. No two days are the same in my job and there are always problems to overcome, but the rewards are hugely satisfying. Working as part of a team to improve software experiences for people like you and me is very fulfilling.
