1. My role at Moneytech is... Business Development Officer
2. I joined Moneytech because... I saw Moneytech as an opportunity to learn about other products like trade finance and debtor finance. Additionally, I saw an excellent chance to understand the world of non-bank lenders in Australia.
3. A day in the life: My typical day at work involves... Normally my day starts with a meeting of the small business BDO team, organising the agenda for the day and reviewing what is outstanding. After the first meeting of the day, I follow up on the active deals in the pipeline. I contact the BDMs and attend to the pending stuff. During a typical day, I work closely with the facilitation and credit teams to get the deals settled.
4. The most fun part of my role is... Having the opportunity to see each business in depth, is exciting. Every time an application arrives, for me it is a new world to discover. I would say it is the most interesting and fun part of my job.
5. When I am not working, I am... definitely, watching movies, listening to music, looking at art or cooking.
6. Something I am planning to do that I have never done... visit J?kulsárlón in Iceland.
7. If I were to write a book about myself, I would name it... The decision…
8. If I had one superpower it would be... Time travel
