What is your role at Newton?

I’m a Product Designer!

What is the best part of your role?

Seeing the things I’ve worked on getting used by thousands of people and being given several opportunities to build my skills in other departments. Oh, and obviously getting to work with a fun and wacky design crew.

If you could describe Newton’s culture in 3 words - how would you describe it?

Supportive, growth-forward, and playful but serious!

What would you say to someone looking to apply to Newton?

There’s many opportunities to grow personally at Newton.? I thought I wouldn’t have enough expertise in crypto, however, everyone has been helpful in leveling up my knowledge in the space.

How do you find working remotely??

I have been enjoying it so far! We have daily/weekly rituals to ensure that we’re able to connect with our teams.?

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I like activities that don’t involve too much screen time. When I’m not chipping away at my large backlog of film negatives that need to be scanned, I’ll be thinking about my next amateur home woodworking project!
