Meet the team: Nathan Bartlett

After joining us at the start of the year, Nathan has already made a real impact! I sat down with him to find out how he's finding life at Planet so far!

Why did you choose to join Planet Pharma?

The first thing that stuck out to me was the recruitment model, I was really intrigued by how it works. I can definitely say it’s a model that works and works well!

What do you think makes Planet Pharma different to other Recruitment businesses?

The biggest difference for me was the culture, I think it’s very important to surround yourself with the right people in order to be successful. Also, the ability to have success here is different to anywhere I've worked in the past. The model has allowed me to help over 3x as many people to secure new roles than in my previous business... and I've only been here 3 months.

Top tips for anyone starting out in Recruitment?

Firstly, find the right company for you to grow personally and professionally in and that can provide you with the right foundation to build from. Generally, work hard, be persistent and consistent!!

What do you enjoy most about working here?

The team!! Full of great people from all different backgrounds, I feel like I’ve known some of them for years! Also, the ability to control how much you earn through your own hard work.

Biggest achievement since working at Planet Pharma?

Doing multiple placements already, with many more to come! (and winning the Easter quiz)

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I actually really enjoy classical music, it keeps me cool, calm and collected especially in recruitment!

Do you have a party trick or hidden talent?

Low key professional driver ??

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

Either a firefighter or something to do with cars

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

I’ve envisioned many times flying to work in an iron man suit.

If you could have dinner with one celebrity, who would it be and why?

David Goggins, because he’d tell me to harden up and do more deals!
