Hi Leonie! Could you please introduce yourself?

I am Leonie, the Brand Manager here at SACLàB. I grew up in Hamburg, Germany, but have been living in Amsterdam for the past 4 years. I started working at SACLàB during my Masters and took on a full-time position after graduating – I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved ever since.?

As you are one of the first people to join the team, can you tell us what aspects of working at SACLàB do you find most valuable?

I value the most that I get to learn something new constantly. Whether that’s from the amazing professionals I work with, or educating myself thanks to the time and budget dedicated to personal development. Building partnerships, exploring new technologies, improving our client’s experience… there’s truly never a dull moment. We get to dive into new areas as a team and have realised projects that seemed out of reach when I first started in 2019.?

Do you possess any insights or recommendations for individuals seeking employment within the luxury industry?

Start-ups are a great entry point – not only in luxury fashion but across travel, beauty or digital solutions. Working within a growing team allows you to build a strong portfolio and network, and peek into different roles. Don’t shy away from connecting with people in the industry and apply, apply, apply.
