Meet The Team - Laura Clark

Laura is our most experienced Sales Executive. She has been with Premium Sales for almost 4 years and there isn’t a service Laura cannot sell for our customers! 

This week, Laura gives an insight into what she loves about Premium Sales. 

Why did you join Premium Sales? 

I joined Premium Sales when I was at a crossroads with my career. I wanted to have a purpose in the job I was doing and also be able to have time with my 1-year-old son. Premium Sales gave me the flexibility and job satisfaction I was looking for. 

Tell us about your current role within Premium Sales? 

I am part of the Sales Executive Team, so I make the introductory calls to potential prospects and aim to convert them into appointments for our customers. Whether that takes 1 day or 5 months, I monitor the databases closely making sure I approach them when they have asked for a call back and when they are up for tender.  

What has made you stay with Premium Sales for so long? 

I have loved seeing Premium Sales grow so much in the time I have been here. From being one of the two people working in Becky’s spare bedroom, to now working in an office with a team of almost 20. I have still managed to keep the flexibility I need and put my all into the job.  

How has the business changed from when you first joined till now? 

When I started at the company there was just two of us covering all of the accounts between us. Now we have many different roles across the company. From lead generation, to sending account forms and nurturing prospects to the point of trade with our customers.   

How has your career progressed during your time with Premium Sales?

I have always had new opportunities given to me here, such as helping mentor new staff also going out on the road attending physical appointments for our customers. 

Why do you think people should outsource their sales?? 

It enables companies to tailor their sales to exactly what they want. Whether that be 2 hours a week of LinkedIn prospecting or 20 hours a week with a full sales package. We work effectively alongside our customer’s sales representatives or as your only source of winning new business. The flexibility Premium Sales offers works for any type of business.
