What is your role at Kongsberg PCS???
I’m based in Ghent as sales manager for both our Kongsberg and MultiCam range of products across the Benelux region.?

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most???
I love the versatility of the role, taking ownership of specific tasks and working with such exciting technology.?

What has been your favorite project at Kongsberg PCS??
Most likely any of the ones I can finish with a signature ??. I just like being with customers and love it when all the pieces of a deal fall into place. Next to that, the introduction of the MultiCam brand to the wider global market was incredibly exciting, and it’s great being a Kongsberg PCS ambassador to so many different businesses.?

How did you get started in the business??

I started as a 12-year-old, working next to my dad, who at the time had his own screen printing business. My first professional position was in a color lab. Fun fact - I am colorblind! Since my first job, the graphic industry has always been there…as has my color blindness!?

How would you describe the company culture at Kongsberg PCS??
It’s a family! No nonsense, no politics, just everyone moving forward with a lot of team spirit. I love it.?

Outside of work, what’s your passion? ? I think “life itself” sums it up best - classics like how I love travel, good music, enjoying local food and culture.? There was a time I was learning to become a chef, spinning records and making electronic music. Nowadays I like to mountain bike, but my number one passion and priority is my family.?
