Este mês, apresentamos o Jo?o Cordeiro – o Responsável da área de Produ??o da Nutriboty ???? ??
Natural de Benguela, juntou-se a nós em novembro de 2018, no entanto já era nosso conhecido há muitos anos!
Antes de iniciar a sua aventura na Nutriboty, o Jo?o já fazia parte da equipa Tuamutunga, uma empresa de constru??o civil também pertencente ao grupo Sinfic. Inicialmente, trabalhou como Técnico Comercial (gest?o dos stocks – entrada e saída de mercadoria) durante 5 anos. Depois, passou a Responsável de Recursos Humanos das equipas de manuten??o também durante 5 anos.
Ao entrar na Nutriboty e assumir o cargo de Responsável de Recursos Humanos das equipas de apanha silvestre, ficou encarregado da contrata??o das equipas, do planeamento das atividades (onde e quando decorrem bem como os materiais necessários), do registo da quantidade de matéria verde recolhida e ainda do processamento salarial.
De entre as inúmeras campanhas de apanha silvestre que geriu, destaca as de Eucalipto Lim?o, Eucalipto Globulos e Eucalipto Robusta ??
Atualmente, enquanto Responsável da área de Produ??o, o Jo?o tem sob a sua tutela a destilaria, onde s?o criados os nossos terapêuticos óleos essenciais; as prensas, onde s?o prensados os óleos vegetais; e ainda a apanha silvestre.
Contrata as equipas, organiza as atividades, gere a rece??o e pesagem das matérias-primas bem como o seu processamento segundo os parametros estabelecidos pela qualidade, assegura todos os registos necessários e ainda supervisiona a limpeza das fábricas!
O Jo?o decidiu juntar-se à equipa Nutriboty porque julgou ser “a decis?o certa a tomar”. Considerou o projeto ambicioso e quis contribuir para a nossa miss?o. “Para além da organiza??o e da dinamica de equipa, gosto muito do meu trabalho”, diz.?

It's time for another "Meet the Team"!
This month, you’ll meet Jo?o Cordeiro - the Head of Production at Nutriboty ???? ??
Originally from Benguela, he joined us in November 2018. However, we had already known him for many years!
Before starting his adventure at Nutriboty, Jo?o was part of the Tuamutunga team, a construction company also belonging to the Sinfic group. Initially, he worked as a Commercial Technician (stock management) for 5 years and then became Human Resources Manager for the maintenance teams for another 5 years.
When he joined Nutriboty and took on the role of Human Resources Manager for the wild harvesting teams, he was in charge of hiring the teams, planning the activities (where and when they would take place as well as the materials needed), registering the amount of plants collected, and managing the payroll.
Among the many wild harvesting campaigns that he managed, he highlights the Lemon Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus Globulus and Eucalyptus Robusta ones ??
Currently, as Head of Production, Jo?o is in charge of the distillery, where our therapeutic essential oils are created; the presses, where the vegetable oils are pressed; and the wild harvesting campaigns.
He hires the teams, organises the activities, manages the reception and weighing of raw materials as well as their processing according to the parameters established by quality control, ensures all the necessary records and also supervises the cleaning of the factories!
Jo?o decided to join the Nutriboty team because he thought it was "the right decision to make". He considered the project ambitious and wanted to contribute to our mission. "In addition to the organisation and team dynamics, I really enjoy my work," he says.?
