Why I enjoy working at Metallisation:

No two days are the same with regards to the work that we carry out. This diversity allows me to develop my skills as an Technical Engineer.

The atmosphere in the business is supportive and positive. This encourages growth and opens up opportunities for everyone.

Visiting Customers around the globe and connecting with different professionals is an extremely exciting part of my work .

A career highlight I have had:

I will never forget my first HVOF-L installation. I had been working for Metallisation for only a few months and was sent out to Oklahoma to meet a new customer of ours who had purchased their first HVOF-L system. The installation went very well, and the customer was satisfied with the whole process, from purchase to completion.

A moment where I have helped a customer and made a difference:

I recently revisited the aforementioned customer in Oklahoma for a service & calibration visit. There was a small issue with the machine that I wasn’t happy with, so I remained on-site and worked alongside our R&D team remotely to resolve the issue.

I see this as a great example of how Metallisation as a company looks after each and every customer, going above and beyond to ensure that every machine out there is the best it can be. It is also a great example of teamwork, showing how interdepartmental collaboration is key.
