Meet the Team: Hana

It’s time to introduce you to another member of the team...Hana!??

Since joining the team in July 2021, Hana has had three well-deserved promotions, most recently into the role as Recruiter.??

Hana is our TeamTailor (our ATS system) expert, she loves finding new solutions to make the lives of our clients, candidates and the team easier.?

A creative butterfly, Hana’s changing hairstyles, amazing sense of style, office mascots and extensive book collection are just a few of the reasons we think she’s great!

How long have you been with us and what attracted you to the role??

I joined on July 7th 2021.?

I was in management in the hospitality industry for most of my adult working life and really needed a change, somewhere where I could grow and develop. Then a friend of a friend who knows Laura saw this post and tagged me in it.?

Outside of your role, what other things do you enjoy about work???

I love most of the things about it to be honest. It’s an incredible job with a good work-life balance and supportive/ friendly team. Oh, and a boss who spoils us rotten!?

If you could describe your work ethic in one word, what would it be and how do you apply this in your role??

Determined.?

I want to get involved in everything, know everything, be able to support in everything. I want to be the best me I can be here.?

Outside of the workplace, what are we most likely to find you doing??

Reading, playing piano/guitar, spending time with family.?

I can play 1 song on the harmonica.?

Finally, as animals are a big part of our lives at OD Talent Solutions, what’s your spirit animal and why??

I did a test, and it said an owl – but I don’t think that really fits me.?

I did another test and got a seahorse, which sounds much nicer. So, I guess I’ll take that one.
