Q: What is your role at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing, and what does a typical day look like for you?

Eloisa: Typically, in the morning, I send out emails, send LinkedIn connection invitations, attend meetings, and train the new Business Development team. In the afternoon, I make calls, follow up on proposals, and establish new connections via phone or Google Meet.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Greenlife?

Eloisa: I enjoy the entirety of my job. I am excited to go to work every day and look forward to meeting new people and clients, establishing connections, and learning new things.

Q: How would you describe Greenlife’s company culture in three words?

Eloisa: Greenlife, to me, is my second family.

Eloisa: As the Head of Business Development of Greenlife Healthcare Staffing, my goal is to represent Greenlife to the best of my ability, with all the honesty, transparency, and integrity that I have upheld throughout my entire professional life.

Eloisa: I am so proud that in 2024, Greenlife Healthcare Staffing was named the 331st fastest-growing enterprise in the US by Inc. Magazine

Eloisa: I would say “Do it!” I think Greenlife is a great place to further your career.

Q: If you could share one fun fact about yourself, what would it be?

Eloisa: I am a Karatedo brown-belter.

Q: When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your free time?

Eloisa: When I am not working, I like spending my free time on long drives, enjoying good food and wine at a nice restaurant, and reading a good spy novel by Brad Thor.
