Hoje, vamos descobrir um pouco sobre a história e percurso do funcionário do mês de novembro da Nutriboty: o Benjamim Samutaca, Técnico de Logística e Armazém ????

Assim como muitos dos nossos colegas, o Benjamin é nosso conterraneo: também é natural da província da Huíla! Mais especificamente, da cidade do Lubango.

Com uma forma??o técnica na área da Informática pelo Instituto Médio Politécnico da Humpata, integrou a equipa Nutriboty em setembro de 2020. Trouxe consigo n?o só uma sólida base educacional mas também uma rica experiência profissional, tendo anteriormente trabalhado como fiel de armazém numa empresa de cosméticos.

Ocupando o cargo inicial de auxiliar de gest?o de stocks, rapidamente progrediu para a posi??o crucial que desempenha atualmente (que inclui até responsabilidades de coordena??o da área de logística!), dada a sua notável dedica??o e o seu incrível esfor?o.

O Benjamin escolheu fazer parte da família Nutriboty pela energia jovem da empresa e, claro, a sua miss?o inspiradora. Revela encontrar satisfa??o em todas as tarefas que desempenha, motivando-se pela confian?a depositada pelos seus superiores bem como o reconhecimento da sua competência e capacidades intelectuais.

Fora do ambiente profissional, podemos encontrá-lo a jogar futebol ou a passear de mota.

Welcome to the latest chapter of our "Meet the Team'' series! ?

Today, we're going to delve into the story and career of Nutriboty’s employee of the month for november: Benjamim Samutaca, Logistics and Warehouse Technician ????

Similar to many of our colleagues, Benjamin also comes from the Huíla province just like us! More specifically, from the city of Lubango.

With a technical background in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of Humpata, he joined the Nutriboty team in September 2020. Bringing not only a solid educational foundation but also a wealth of professional experience, he had previously worked as a warehouse clerk for a cosmetics company.

Starting off in the role of stock management assistant, he quickly advanced to the pivotal position he currently holds (which even includes responsibilities related to logistics coordination!), thanks to his remarkable dedication and incredible effort.

Benjamin chose to be part of the Nutriboty family due to the youthful energy of the company and, of course, its inspiring mission. He reveals that he finds satisfaction in every task he undertakes, motivated by the trust placed in him by his management as well as the recognition of his competence and intellectual abilities.

Outside the professional realm, you might find him playing football or cruising around on his motorcycle.
