This week we meet the team at TAS!

Would you believe we are big enough for departments now.

Who knew.

The Creative Team

First up is the creative team. What even is a creative team you ask? Sure, ill tell you, if you insist.

Without the creative team, you would have no videos; you would probably have no content. The creative team started with writing and has now developed into a full-on content production team.

Our creative team is Connor, Jony, Don, Chris, and Tyla.

Without them, we would have no podcasts, no TikToks, no professional imagery of any kind. The content would be limited to writing.

Client Account Managers

That's where the PBM's come in. PBM stands for Personal Brand Managers. Simply put, the PBM's are the point of call for all the clients. They foster client relationships and make sure clients' needs are met. They relay the clients' vision to the team so it can be turned into a reality. They also write for clients. So PBM's need to make sure they understand the clients' tone of voice. Our PBM's are Elaine, Sam, and Sophie.

Then there are the account managers. Currently, we have one account manager. Danya. We are looking to get more account managers on board as we take on more large brands.

Nate and Aleisha are also in this photo for many reasons. Nate is our company's General Manager; together, Stanley and Nate run the everyday of The Attention Seeker. So naturally, Nate makes sure the clients' needs are being met and makes sure the company keeps moving by integrating Stanley's visions into the company every day.

Aleisha is the TAS Operations Manager. She also currently has her own clients. So she's in on the client manager meetings to go over her own client work and check all bookings, clients' recordings/ client meetings here in the studio fit in well together. She ensures the team's software systems are set up correctly and does all the behind-the-scenes administration for our company.

Next Up - Internal Team!

Then there's the Internal team. Here are the faces behind that "cool shit" you see on the TAS company and Stanley's personal social media pages.

We have a badass internal video team - Connor, Jony, and Tyla (Tyla does both internal and client), and Connor will step into client work if there is a large production to be done. And Jony, does she need an introduction? Well, just encase you have somehow missed it, she runs our company TikTok!

There's me, Ashley, the Brand Marketing Manager. I oversee and coordinate all internal channels and projects ranging from The Attention Seekers content, Stanleys video content, and all other company projects in the works. I also write all the written forms for The Attention Seeker.

Community Management

Community Management is the newest department of our company. The team currently comprises of Mel and Vanessa. They are the team who actively engages with online audiences in real time!

These two give our clients a sense of community, tone of voice, and a sense that the client cares about people commenting on posts, making online platforms a two-way conversation.

How do we structure all this madness?

Our business is structured on something called EOS. EOS stands for the Entrenperuer Operating System.

It allows us to have a set structure that holds the business to its goals and how to achieve them. EOS structure also helps point out when any challenges and issues arise in the company and allows space to discuss such issues so that actions can be made and issues are reduced.

The EOS model

EOS meetings are held every Monday where the EOS team go over the week's statics, rocks (3 monthly goals), and issues, discuss the issues and aims to find solutions. This keeps the business on track to meet its long-term targets.

The EOS team then meet every quarter to reassess the company's 1 to 3 year goals, and do a deep dive into any challenges and issues that keep arising.

Being a company that has just come out of it's start-up phase, a lot can change between each quarter meeting as new clients and team members come on board.

To keep structure and order in a company in a dynamic phase, we use an Accountablility System.

What is this? Well, it is a system in which helps keep people accountable for areas of the business to run smoothly.
