What does the TDF team mean to you??

The TDF team has been a big part of my growth since I joined.? Everyone here is incredibly friendly and highly skilled, which creates a great working atmosphere. The willingness to share knowledge is something I really appreciate, as it makes learning and growing so much easier. Plus, the team's commitment to contributing to important causes adds a sense of purpose to our work. Being part of such a supportive and talented group makes every day rewarding and fulfilling.

What you love about working at TDF??

Working at TDF has been an amazing experience. Right from the start, I felt welcomed and supported. The company’s focus on mentorship, training, and certification has made a significant impact on my professional development. It's clear that TDF genuinely cares about helping us grow our skills and succeed in our careers.?

What stands out most is the vibrant and supportive culture. The atmosphere here is all about collaboration. Everyone is eager to share their knowledge and help each other out. Which of the 5 C’s resonates the most with you??

The "C" that resonates most with me is Career. Since joining TDF, I've been amazed by how much they invest in our professional growth. The Growth and Development Program has given me access to so many resources, from training and certifications to hands-on projects. Regular constructive feedback and check-ins have been crucial, helping me to continuously improve and stay on track. This approach has helped me build my skills and gain valuable experience, making me feel more confident in my career path. TDF's focus on continuous development really aligns with my goals and keeps me motivated to keep pushing forward.?

What are you working on at the moment??

Currently, I'm focusing on two key areas. I'm working towards earning AWS certifications to deepen my knowledge and keep up with industry standards. This involves studying and hands-on practice with AWS tools and services.?

Additionally, I'm involved in a data discovery project, where I'm developing a dashboard and leveraging AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) for different aspects of the project. This project is part of a broader growth plan that includes improving my presentation skills, acquiring new skills, and achieving certifications. This keeps me constantly learning and evolving.?
