What does the TDF team mean to you??

Since joining TDF, I’ve enjoyed a warm welcome from the team. Every member here is professional and supportive, and the positive work culture makes it an incredibly motivating place to work. TDF places a lot of emphasis employee career growth from day one, which in turn drives TDF's success. I feel fortunate to be part of such an inclusive and dynamic team, where we not only work hard but also grow together.?

What you love about working at TDF??

What I love most about working at TDF is the inclusive and efficient work culture that prioritises getting things done without being bogged down by unnecessary bureaucracy, allowing everyone to focus on delivering high-quality output. There is a high level of collaboration and transparency among team members, and everyone is helpful, friendly, and mutually respectful.?

Which of the 5 C’s resonates the most with you??

The "C" that resonates most with me is "Career."??

I believe in continuous growth and learning, and my career plays a significant role in that journey. The company has been incredibly supportive by providing ample learning resources and dedicated time for development, which allows me to take on new challenges, enhance my skills, and pursue personal and professional growth. This support has been invaluable in helping me shape my career path.?

What are you working on at the moment??

I'm focused on revamping TDF’s website at the moment. The new site will feature richer content and visuals compared to the current one. I'm aiming to make it as maintainable and extensible as possible from a front-end perspective. It won’t be long before it’s unveiled to everyone—stay tuned!? I’m also working on a Computer Vision ML pilot that looks to map player positions on the ground during sporting matches.?

I’m also working towards obtaining my AWS Developer Associate certification. This journey is helping to reinforce my existing AWS skills and expand my knowledge of the vast and powerful AWS ecosystem.?
