Meet the team! 5 Questions with Aiki

What does?the?TDF?team?mean to you?

‘At the end of every day’s work, I feel I am excited for tomorrow.’

That is how I’ve felt since starting to work with TDF. TDF team brings me not only a professional opportunity, but comes with passion and excitement for what we’re doing for our clients.

The environment is caring and collaborative which makes it easy to fully immerse myself in my work.?

And I feel so lucky to be around with a group of fun, smart and supportive people.

What you love about working at TDF?

There are so many things I’d like to mention, but here are a few:

Working culture: It is positive and welcoming with lots of transparency, so you know what’s happening across the company. And I can feel the trust and togetherness when we are working together, discussing and delivering the best solutions to customers.

Working style: TDF gives not only job opportunities, but also opportunities to grow for current employees. We are sponsored to get AWS certifications and a wide range of studying resources.

Teams: The team are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they are doing, and they love to share their knowledge. The Leadership team really care about the employee’s experience and wellbeing, and how that translates to a better experience for our clients and customers.

Others: There is a broad path for personal growth, awesome people to work with, hybrid working model, interesting Semantle during Thursday Drinks Session, etc…

Which of?the?5 C’s resonates?the?most with you?

The team truly live and breathe the 5C values. For me, it’s “Customer” which resonates me most.

Everything we are doing now is based on providing a better experience to our clients and customers. We all take this seriously and are making the whole experience a whole lot better than others.

What are you working on at?the?moment?

I am currently working on three domains:?

Firstly, working with a high-performance sporting organisation. As we finished the first phase with loading data into data lake. I’ve compiled all the problems encountered in the project and ideas for solving them, combining with everything that I learned from the project. Thus, to lay the groundwork for different projects in the future. Also, I am exploring the QuickSight to get well-prepared for next stage.?

Then, the Golf Australia Data Jam project. I exploring the data and try to work out the quarterly EDA using different analysis tools to predict churn and figure out potential golf athletes.?

Besides, I am also responsible for upskilling myself. I am working on the AWS Data Analytics Speciality certification, planning to finish everything and scheduling the exam in one week.
