Tell us about your current role and what does a ‘day in the life…’ look like for you?
My role is Head of Product Creation. I am responsible for managing our development and production teams. Overseeing all orders in production and working with the design and development team on future product.

Love the passion behind the brand. For my role, I’m a problem solver but also creative dreamer so it is the perfect combination of analytical and creative for me.

What are some of your biggest motivators at work?
Passion. I love seeing others passionate about Grace and of course I love lace!

Share with us how much the business has changed and evolved since you started?
It’s truly incredible. I remember when Meg came up with the idea for Grace and now look at it, global with Boutiques all around the world. Thinking about the number of dresses and brides that we have made smile, really makes me smile! A wedding dress is something that is a prized possession and I hope that the love that goes into making and creating the dresses is felt by every bride.

What is it about working at Grace Loves Lace that makes you most proud?
It’s not fast fashion, it’s considered. I see the design process and the detail of each and every dress. Mastering the techniques and producing quality gowns for our brides
