Meet the Support team
Tom Thompson - Head of Support
I've been with Singletrack since December 2019, and I've been able to build a support team from the ground up. It's been challenging at times but very rewarding. Outside of work, I'm married and have a teenage daughter who at times can be more challenging than work! We have three cats and one crazy cockapoo called Freddy who often joins me in the office.
Chris Brisbane - Principal Engineer
I've been at Singletrack for nearly ten years. The best parts of the job are resolving client issues and supporting colleagues with their requests, finding solutions to improve customer adoption and usage of the Singletrack product, and above all customer satisfaction. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time at a local Martial Arts Dojo supporting my daughters on their Karate black belt journeys and kickboxing competitions. I also practice traditional Shotokan Karate myself!
Allan Atkinson - Upgrades Manager
I first joined in 2020. Working at Singletrack has allowed me to consistently challenge myself to learn new skills which have helped me progress my career into new areas. I have especially enjoyed learning the technical side of the product and seeing what makes it tick.
Application/Support Engineers
Jonathon Todd - I joined Singletrack in 2020. I have enjoyed expanding my career into the CRM space and learning the specifics of the Singletrack Platform, as well as building my Salesforce knowledge. I am a Northumbria University graduate with a BSc in Computing and most recently completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science.
Michael Sambrook - I have worked at Singletrack since June 2021. I love the variation in my job - no two days or tickets are the same. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music or being out exploring and photographic nature and wildlife.
Ian Pearson - I have been with Singletrack for nearly two years. Since starting I have learned a lot about the inner workings of the product and its connecting parts. How things work is something I have found interesting, and Singletrack has allowed me to continue this journey of discovery and understanding. Outside of the office I have interest in tech, video games and also driving, something I started doing just before I joined Singletrack. Oh and rallying together the many cats I have!
Freddie Kingaby - I've been with Singletrack for just over two years. Day to day life at Singletrack can be challenging, as can?learning new areas of the Singletrack product, but it's always rewarding!
Michael Blacklock - I've been with Singletrack for just over two years. Moving to Singletrack was challenging at first as it is very different from my past experience. However it has helped expand and hone my skill set. In my free time when not sitting in front of a computer screen, I am a hobbyist leather worker.
Ryan Morson - I joined Singletrack in July 2025. While I am still relatively new here, my favourite aspect so far is working with the people in the team. I am a big fan of video games and F1, and I often spend my spare time and weekends playing games or watching various motorsports.
