iFX EXPO: Tell us a bit about your company! When was it founded? Where are you Based? Etc.

Tomer Baumel: Solitics was established back in 2016 with a sole purpose – letting marketers without technical experience, to effectively utilize all their users’ data, when the end goal is to increase the customer lifetime value, boost customer engagement and value, and to reduce churn.

The platform has expanded its capabilities since then, and now provides a whole suite of solutions for growth teams – from real-time customer engagement, through advanced Business Intelligence as a service, and even a state-of-the-art Data-Warehouse.

These are solutions that brands have always wanted. However, instead of taking years to develop and deploy, Solitics provides these solutions in up to 45 days, and we contractually commit to that.

The company serves hundreds of brands today, mostly in the financial and igaming sectors.

iFX EXPO: What sets you apart from the competition?

Tomer Baumel: Our data philosophy. It may sound like a subtle detail, but it’s a huge difference. Solitics is the only platform that adapts to organizations’ data structure, works with the raw data, takes away the pain of a huge data project AND provides a suite of real-time flexible solutions for growth teams, across marketing teams, analysts and product teams.

Most companies out there, expect the organization to adapt to the way they process data. A common example is the way most integrations work today - via API. Now obviously that’s the easiest method to support from the provider’s perspective, but it’s just not the way the data is being held and being managed within organizations, and hence the integration is very hard, long and the outcome is never what the organization expects to achieve.

The core problem is that data is normally held without specific standardization and is being distributed across different databases or tables. Taking this data, unifying it, transforming it and make it accessible via API can take years for a large organization. Even then, the organization will most probably lose the flexibility (every change will be harsh and expensive), and the ability to respond live to data changes will be lost.

Our data philosophy is that data is being held in a non-standard and distributed way. Our entire technological stack is built to move this complexity from the customer’s side to ours.

This is reflected in very short integration times, complete flexibility (a new field was added? It’s already recognized and supported after few minutes) and zero efforts from the customer’s side when it comes to the integrations. Lastly – the level of integration is the highest possible. We support live response from any data source, even from a simple DB, no matter how distributed the data is.
