We’re thrilled to shine the light on our Creative Director, Tari.

Must-know facts about you?

As a Creative Director/Art Director, I’ve been fortunate enough to direct commercials and fashion photoshoots all over—from Italy to Dallas—but most often in NY. I’ve been humbled working with some incredible talent who taught me so much. I’m also a newly published author. My first book is going to the printer this May, which took me 10 years to write.

Any hobbies?

I find calm in painting and drawing, and I sell my art in local stores. Even though I wish I cared less about clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry, they're too much fun! And I love going to live shows—music, dance, theater, and comedy.

What strategies do you use to overcome creative blocks in your work?

I often do something else creative, like painting or doodling. I do a lot of doodling in my notebooks, and somehow that puts my brain back on track.

How do you like to unwind after a long day?

Usually something physical, like going on walks. I also love to read!

What do you like most about working at a direct response agency?

I love that you can see the data and the impact. You have the answers right in front of you, which can help inform your future work.
