We’re thrilled to shine the light on one Alicia Maltz, our Acquisition Data Manager.

Is there a certain way you start your work day?

Yes! I always make a fresh pot of coffee and drink it while I drive to work. I also blast music that will start to get me energized for a full day of work in the data world.?

When you need a little break from work, what do you typically do?

My go-to break is to step away with some of my coworkers to get coffee for a mid-day pick-me-up. It is important to make sure to prioritize some mini breaks in the day to help with productivity.?

What is one of your favorite parts of your role?

One of the best parts of my role is getting to work alongside so many talented people who continue to help me learn and grow. I have a pretty awesome team who helps and supports me everyday.

Do you have any hidden talents that people might not know you can do?

One talent and fun fact about me is that I really like learning about people's different cultures. As a result, I know how to count to 10 in seven different languages.?
