I want to introduce you to SCWIBY - He is my Personal Brand Auditor.
Let me explain about him first.
I created SCWIBY as I wanted to show my clients what is involved in Personal Brand?and give an overview of how to begin to master it!?
Believe me, it's a massive subject.
So I invented the word SCWIBY as an acronym, but somehow or other he demanded to be visible - much like we need to be ourselves through our personal brand - now he's brought himself to life; I love?him and hope you do too.
This is what the acronym stands for...
These are, I believe, the foundations of the 'House of Personal Brand'. You then go on to build subsequent floors and a roof!
In life, we spin plates or juggle balls with everything we do and at times some of these drop and fall behind.
This is natural and a part of?life as well as in business, but the key is to know which balls you are juggling,?keep your eyes on them and keep track of when one has dropped, which one it is and how long you can leave it on the floor.
Doing this is hard, but I suggest an audit every 30 days or so.
This is how to do it yourself (or you could always come to me and I will happily do an audit for you by giving you a plan for you and/or your business)
Look at the titles and for each one think about how much you have done around that subject in the last 30 days and give yourself a mark out of 10.
Self-awareness
How much self-reflection have you done - if your struggling for inspiration why not read topical?books, or podcasts or complete a course?
Communication
How much outreach have you done to recent or potential clients? This can come in many forms such as email, social media, advertising, networking or even picking up the phone.
Website
How effective is yours? is it easy to navigate? can clients find you through keywords??Does it send out the message you want it to, does it reflect you and your brand?

Do you look your best each day on Zoom or have you become lazy, what's your backdrop like, what is people's first impression of you when they see you, is it who you really are?

Do you know it, how do you show it?
When you have the 6 done you have a number out of 60.
Now the difficult bit...
Divide that number by 6 and then remove the decimal point (if there isn't one add a nought).
Give yourself a grade from the below chart, without panicking, judging or having emotion attached to it (easier said than done)
These are what the numbers stand for
A - 90 - 100%
B - 80 - 89%
C - 70 - 79%
D - 60 - 69%
E - 50 - 59%
F - under 50%
What grade did you get?
Need to improve?
As I said don't panic!
In the next 30 days, all you have to do is improve each section by just 1 number and you will have increased your grade.
Don't try to jump from an F to an A it may be a leap too far!?Instead, create an action plan for one or two of the elements and endeavour to do a stellar job of improving this area.
Trying to sort all this on your own will take a while, if you want to speed the work up from months if not years to hours, then come and work with me on a 1-2-1 and let's get you to a consistent 'A'
