Meet Samridhi Roy, GGI Impact Lab, Young Leader 2022

Samridhi Roy is based out of Chandigarh, India. She has completed Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2017 and since then her skills and capabilities have acted as a catalyst for effective communication for several organizations.

As a Writer and Editor, she has a work experience of 4 years spanning across different industries like Technology, Entertainment and Telehealth. She believes in the potential and promise of human-centric, people-driven leadership as core values for a meaningful change in households, companies, society and the world.

Her vision is to work at social-impact, purpose-driven organisation, where she can learn, lead and collaborate with a diverse group of people to bring a discernible change at the grassroots level. She is naturally inclined towards environmental issues, public health, and mental health, therefore, working in a policy research institute that addresses these issues would be her first choice.

She also see herself traveling and meeting the people she is working for, talking to them, and listening to their stories. Being seated in a room all day without interacting with the people who are directly impacted by the policies seems like a job half done.??
