Meet the </salties>: Richard Andemark

Every week we interview a Saltie and with Richard Andemark we talked about his regular workdays, what he did before SALT and his background in 3D technology. He is proud of SALT and the impact it has had on people’s lives. Read the interview below!

What is your role at SALT?

I am the CEO & Founder of SALT and I have been with the team since the very beginning in 2017.

Tell us more about yourself, where you are from and what did you do before SALT -

I am 37 years old, a father of two and grew up in T?by outside of Stockholm. I have also studied and worked 8 years abroad in Europe, Asia and North America. I have been working on the business side of software since graduating from university in 2008, and the last company I worked for before SALT was a 3D technology company in the video games industry.

What do you do on a regular work day??

My workday can be quite varied; including everything from hands on day-to-day stuff with the teams, fixing broken tables in the office, full-time responsibility for the intercom to the front door (so if you have ever visited SALT, I have let you in), to deriving growth plans and executing on international expansions together with our COO and investors.

What do you enjoy most about your position?

I love to see the progress SALT has made over the last 4 years and the positive impact we have had on people’s lives and the developer ecosystem.
