What is your role at SALT and what excites you about working with SALT?

As a sales and partnership representative at SALT, my role is to identify and engage with potential partners and clients, develop relationships and work with them to see how our service can meet their needs. I am responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, building a strong sales pipeline, training our developers soft skill wise and making the best possible match as I can!

One of the most important things that excites me about what we do is the fact that we are giving people a life changing opportunity that will help them pursue the career they have been dreaming of ánd we contribute to the growth of the clients where they can build their career as well. Best of both worlds for me!

Tell us a bit about yourself and your work before joining SALT

Before joining SALT, I worked in Account & Partner Management roles in the data, marketing, e-commerce and publishing industry for over a decade. I have experience working with a range of companies, from early-stage startups to large enterprises, and have helped them to identify opportunities for growth, build partnerships, and drive revenue. I was looking for a new challenge where I could make a difference on a personal level as well, and luckily Salt was exactly what I wished for!

How is it to work in the tech industry??

Working in the tech industry can be challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. The industry is dynamic and constantly evolving, which means that there are always opportunities to grow and develop professionally.

How does a typical day look for you? What do you do on a regular day?

A typical day for me involves a mix of activities, including identifying and reaching out to (potential) partners, responding to inbound inquiries, developing proposals and contracts, client visits and collaborating with other members of the SALT team to ensure that we are delivering the best possible solutions to our clients. I also spend time researching market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

What random hobbies do you have?

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing board games with my family, listening to music and playing with my rockband!
