Meet Richard Sharp
Why should you trust Big Tex Delivery Service? Because Big Tex Delivery Service hired Richard Sharp to serve you.
The first thing that I learned about Richard is that he values tradition and iteration in every aspect of his life.
Where you see a picture of 2 hammers; Richard sees the old hammer, past down from his grandfather, vs a new hammer he bought himself. Richard understands that tradition has a place, and that it should be kept around, but he also knows when it is time to leave tradition behind and use new tools.
Richard is a family man, a natural trainer, and lover of trains
Richard likes to take his kids to places that allows him to show his kids what daddy does for a living. During a trip to a train yard to see a moving museum, Richard’s kids started firing questions at him about what a train was carrying and why, as kids do. Richard used this as a chance to teach his kids about how companies like Big Tex Delivery Service work hand in hand with other types of transportation modes to deliver freight across the country. If he can explain it well enough for his kids to run out of questions, he can damn sure handle any issues that happen to your freight to make sure it gets where it needs to be on time.
Richard makes connections, and a difference
While Richard was out with his family for coffee, he was distracted by this sign that reminded him about the importance of making every interaction count, so that you never leave a bad taste in someone’s mouth; Like the lemonade he got his kids.

3 年It was a pleasure to chat with you. I appreciate your feedback. Everyone has a story to tell...and if people listen, they will hear some pretty awesome stories also. Probably the hardest part of job search for most people is learning to tell their story. It is something I struggled with, and still do on some level...but the effort is worth it.
